Orders will possibly be delayed due to recent severe inclement weather conditions
and will be processed as soon as possible.

We accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as checks, bank drafts and money orders in US dollars from US banks. $30 charge on returned checks.

Returns and Exchanges: If you are not satisified with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days to arrange an exchange or refund. No returns on books or special order yarns.
Shipping: We ship orders the best way possible, please include a UPS-address on order form, if different.
   Canadian, AK & HI orders are shipped by mail.
   International orders will be charged actual shipping charges plus $5.00 handling fee.

Phone Orders: While we might not always be available for your phone calls, you should always be able to reach our voice mail. If you leave your name, phone number (with are code), and a brief message, we will get back to you as soon as possible. To leave your credit card order just read the information from the order form. (We will call to confirm any voice mail order.)
